INSULATOR PANELS (SWITCH BOARDS)

 

Switch Board Panel is a 2.0 mm - 3.2 mm thick single sided and double sided High Pressure Laminates (HPL). It is made by layering phenolic resin impregnated kraft paper with melamine impregnated decorative base paper. The product is manufactured under strict process control parameters. The product conforms to IS 2046:1995 type S-CGS

  Precautions
 
  • Store Switch Board panel in stacks on flat level
  • The storing area should be well ventilated clean and dry · Conditioning of the components for minimum 48 hours prior to fabrication at prevalling climatic conditions is recommended
  • Do not use blunt saws
