DECORATIVE LAMINATES (0.5MM-1.5MM)

The Decorative Laminates are Single Sided High Pressure Laminates (HPL) manufactured by assembling thin sheets of impregnated kraft, barrier, design and overlay papers upon each other (outer layer has decorative colour or design and pressing the assembly in a hydraulic press under prescribed pressure or temperature. The impregnation of paper is done with MF and PF resins in modern and sophisticated treating machines capable of controlling process parameters within very narrow limits. The complete range of decorative laminates are as per IS 2046 :1995 type S-VGS.


Decorative Laminates is also available in Glossy, Matt and Woodtex Finishes.

  Precautions
 
  • Recommend storage condition for decorative laminates is - Temperature :20 to 24 degree Celsius, Humidity : 45 to 55% prior to bonding.
  • Always ashere to adhesive manufacturer instruction.
  • Use proper substrate with clean and smooth surface. Condition of the component parts for minimum 48 hours prior to fabrication at prevailing climate conditions is recommended.
